Return & Refund Policy

🛍️ Digital Product Sales Are Final

At Sublybox, we offer digital subscriptions (such as Netflix, Spotify, Disney+, ChatGPT Plus, etc.). Once a subscription is delivered and activated, all sales are final and non-refundable.

This is because digital access is immediate and cannot be “returned” once delivered.


✅ Eligibility for Refund (Limited Cases)

We may consider refunds only in the following situations:

  • The subscription was not delivered within 48 hours of purchase.

  • The service is not working and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

  • You were charged more than once for the same order.

To request a refund, please contact us at support@sublybox.com within 3 days of your purchase and include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Details of the issue (with screenshots if possible)


❌ Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after receiving the subscription

  • You entered the wrong email address during checkout

  • You failed to follow provided instructions

  • You violated usage terms or tried to alter login credentials


🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for digital products. If you need help using your subscription, our support team is here to assist.


🕐 Refund Processing Time

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
